Shipping and Returns


  • Once order is placed, please wait for our email or text confirmation as a proof that we received your order
  • We will ship your orders within 3 to 5 days, excluding Sundays and Regular Holidays. 
  • For urgent needs, you may simply email or message us your preferred date, and we will try to accommodate on the earliest possible schedule.
  • Shipping Fee will be shouldered by customer, and will be coordinated by our staff together with the scheduled date of delivery.


  • We make sure that all products are packed and prepared properly before we deliver to you.
  • We can only accommodate returns for the following reasons.
    • Too Crushed or Too Crumbled can barely be eaten properly
    • Manufacturing Defect 
    • Expired upon receipt
    • packaging too defective 
  • All issues regarding the product should be accompanied by receipt and photo 
  • Upon confirmation of the Management, once complaints are validated as valid, customer may opt to have the item replaced, change to another product with equivalent value or top up if value is higher, or refund the amount.
